Calling the people of Wallingford! Come and take part in an exciting dance and live music event taking place in the Castle Gardens as part of the celebration of Wallingford’s heritage on Sunday 6th July.
Morning Workshop
10am-12pm at the George Hotel
Family workshop for ages 5-11: come and join your primary school children in creating a battle dance to be shown at the Castle Gardens later on in the day. Young people of secondary age are also welcome to join us in the workshop as we would love their help with creating the movement and helping to engage other participants.

Dance performance: After the workshop at the George Hotel, everyone is invited to join us in the Castle Gardens for the performance at 12:30pm

Chasing Deer ft. Rory from The Coverbuoys
This wonderful local band will be playing from 1-2pm, whilst you enjoy your food and drink, and later from 3-4pm following the afternoon workshop.

Once everyone has enjoyed the performance by Chasing Deer ft. Rory from the Coverbuoys, Dance Creative will lead an afternoon workshop where you will be encouraged to join in- the more the merrier!
