On the first Sunday of each month from October there will be a guided walk and open morning at the Ewelme Watercress Beds. It starts at 10.30am with a film describing the history of watercress production at this site and then a guided walk will explain how the site is now managed as a Local Nature Reserve by the Chiltern Society.
It’s a great opportunity to see parts of the site which are usually closed to the public and you can also buy homemade cake with a cup of tea or coffee.
The visit costs just £3 per adult and is a good way to support this important local green space.
