How to get to Wallingford

Wallingford is easily accessible from the M4, M40 and A34.

By Bus

Wallingford lies on Sustran’s popular Thames Valley Cycle route, which starts at Putney Bridge in London and goes on to Oxford, taking in Maidenhead, Reading, Abingdon and Wallingford, 40 of the route’s 99 miles are traffic-free. Visit the Sustran’s website for more information.
By Train
Train services are available to and from the village of Cholsey (just over 2 miles away) and Didcot Parkway (6 miles). There are frequent services from both stations to London Paddington, Reading and Oxford. Services to the West Country and Wales also operate from Didcot Parkway. By Coach
There is a convenient coach passenger pick-up and drop-off point on the High Street, across the road from the Wallingford Museum.
